Alyssa Glidewell is an independent filmmaker in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in production management, script breakdowns, working with actors, setting up schedules, keeping up to date on deadlines and always keeping her great sense of humor when times get tough.
Alyssa has worked with producer and director Therese Vreeland on two projects as a production assistant, as well as independent filmmaker Amy Harrison on her short film called “Ms. Finknagle Succumbs to Chaos”. She also has worked inside the
SAG-AFTRA office in San Francisco and directed a 30-second PSA for STOMP Out Bullying which has been a featured video on their website and has amassed over 700,000 views. Alyssa Glidewell completed her senior thesis film “18 Cupcakes”, which had been nominated in the Vocational/College category in CreaTiVe Awards in San Jose.
Now with her Bachelor’s of Science in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production Degree, Alyssa loves to be hands on and keep everything up to date on projects. Simple, easy and organized will keep any office or production set sailing smoothly, which is what Alyssa hopes to accomplish in her career.
